Project Overview
While working within MBI’s jewelry division, I created a variety of print and digital ads for their new jewelry. Their most recent Valentine’s Day collection: The Diamond Kiss Collection, required a brochure, letter, and order card for their featured piece: the tennis bracelet. After weeks of sales, we expanded with digital ads, showing on Facebook and Instagram. Each ad needed to look as if they were all part of this new romantic collection, but also showcase the uniqueness of each jewelry piece. The timeline for this project was only eight weeks, with the goal of getting it to print and posted online as quick as possible, before the holiday.
Working with copywriters, photographers, and product development, we were able to create advertising pieces that are cohesive yet also shine on their own.
Elegance Across Print and Digital
I first created the printed materials above, starting with the brochure, which debuted the classic red roses on a white background. Deciding on fonts and the right model was next, adding elegance to the images. The overall romantic feel to these pieces then translated to the Instagram ads and posts, shown below, which use variations of red roses and elements behind the jewelry. This multi-channel campaign follows a brand system and allows customers to connect with what they got in the mail with what they are viewing on their phones. Reinforcing brand recognition and driving engagement across both physical and digital platforms.
